Brittney Mulvaney, Attorney

Brittney has spent her legal career practicing exclusively in the area of estate planning. She loves getting to know her clients throughout the estate planning process and helping them work through plan A, B, and C to prepare for the future. The primary focus of Brittney’s practice is assisting clients with their estate planning needs through wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.

Her main goal when meeting with clients is to ensure that they have the peace of mind that their loved ones are taken care of in the event of their death or incapacity. Many people dread having a discussion about estate planning because they have to think about death or disability. As difficult as it may be to discuss these topics, having a plan in place relieves anxiety and uncertainty about what may happen if a loved one becomes incapacitated or passes away.

Guiding you through the estate planning process as painlessly and efficiently as possible, Brittney ensures that you leave her office with your executed documents feeling confident that you have a plan in place to take care of yourself and your loved ones in the future.

Brittney grew up in Dyersburg, Tennessee, and lives in Spring Hill with her husband, Ethan, their son, Sullivan and miniature dachshund, Nova. Outside of work, Brittney enjoys spending time with family, cooking, baking, and crafting.
